Waterwise RebateWhat is the Waterwise Rebate?The Waterwise Rebate Program is part of the State Governments Water Strategy. Its aim is to encourage Western Australians to become more water efficient by offering a rebate on a number of waterwise products that can significantly reduce our domestic water use. Waterwise showerheads and water-efficient washing machines can deliver long-term reductions in the amount of water we use in our homes. The Standards Australia Water Conservation Labelling Scheme provides valuable information on water efficiency. The more As the product has, the more water-efficient it is. AAA rated showerheads and washing machines with a AAAA rating or higher are eligible for a Waterwise Rebate. Rebates are also available for garden bores which can provide a sustainable alternative water supply for the garden if used responsibly, and for rainwater tanks that can provide an alternative water supply for your toilet and/or washing machine. When are the Waterwise Rebates available ?For purchases made after 11 February 2003 and completed by 10 February 2004 (subject to the Terms and Conditions on the back of this brochure).
