SmartBar are a hands-on manufacturer which gives us control over each of the core processes necessary to create our product, resulting in optimum quality and consistent production.

  

Polyethylene Preparation

At SmartBar we buy  the raw polyethylene ingredient which is then prepared on-site.

Through our refined custom process we treat the product for UV stabilisation, add custom colour, and grind the polyethylene to a fine powder for use in
our moulds.

The resulting product is:
